How We Use AI
Last updated: 28 February 2026
Technology is moving fast. Artificial Intelligence is now part of everyday business life.
We use it carefully.
What we use it for
We sometimes use AI tools to:
• Help draft or tidy written content
• Improve clarity and readability
• Brainstorm ideas
• Support admin tasks
• Check structure or flow
It saves time. It does not replace expertise.
All final content, training materials and advice are reviewed by a qualified professional before anything is published or delivered.
What we do not use it for
We do not use AI to:
• Deliver therapy
• Diagnose mental health issues
• Make decisions about people
• Replace live training or facilitation
• Handle confidential client material without safeguards
Human judgement always comes first.
Your data
We do not upload confidential client information into public AI tools.
Where AI is used:
• Personal data is removed or anonymised
• Information is minimised
• UK GDPR principles are followed
Your privacy matters.
Accuracy
AI can sound confident and still be wrong.
That is why everything is reviewed. We remain responsible for all content and services. Not the tool.
Our standard
Our work is grounded in professional experience, lived insight, and evidence-informed practice.
AI is simply a support tool. It does not lead. We do.
